Product Safety

Using our products safely

Practical safety information for the finished cosmetic products we sell, and how to raise a safety concern.

Finished cosmetics for ordinary use

The products we sell are finished cosmetic products intended for ordinary personal use — everyday skin care, hair care, bath and body products, sunscreen and make-up. They are meant to be used as supplied, for their stated purpose. We do not sell medicines or anything intended to be swallowed.

Always follow the label

Always read and follow the instructions and any warnings on the product label and packaging. The label is the definitive source of directions for that specific item.

Ingredients and warnings on every product page

Full ingredient lists, directions for use, net quantity, and safety warnings are displayed on every product page. You can review this information before you buy and again before you use a product. See the product catalogue.

If irritation occurs

If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and seek advice from a suitably qualified professional if needed. For cosmetic products, a patch test before first use can help you check how your skin responds.

Intended use

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are ordinary personal-care and cosmetic products for everyday use.

Safety documentation

Finished cosmetic products do not require a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). The safety information relevant to each product — its full ingredient declaration, directions for use and warnings — is shown on its product page and on the packaging.

Reporting a product safety concern

If you have a safety concern about a product, please contact us so we can look into it. Emailsupport@meridianpersonalcare.example(placeholder — pending domain setup) with the product name, what happened, and any batch or lot number printed on the packaging, or use our contact page and choose “Product safety concern”.
